These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Vision Board & Goal Setting Seminar 2026 (“Event”) organised by Goyal Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

• About the Event

• • The Event is an in-person seminar focused on reflection, clarity, and goal setting. All content shared during the Event is provided for general educational and inspirational purposes only.
  • The Event does not constitute financial, legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

• Registration and Tickets

• • Registration is confirmed only upon successful completion of payment.
  • Tickets are issued for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

• Pricing and Payment

• • Ticket prices are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
  • Payments are processed securely via the selected booking platform.
  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly shown at checkout.

• Cancellation and Refunds

• • Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated on the booking page.
  • If the Event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by Goyal Foundation, attendees will be offered either:
    • a refund, or
    • a transfer to a future event date
      at our discretion.
  • We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred by attendees.

• Changes to the Event

• • We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Event, including but not limited to:
    • event timings
    • speakers or facilitators
    • venue within the same city

Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.

• Attendee Conduct

• • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the Event.
  • We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe, without refund.

• Intellectual Property

• • All Event materials, presentations, frameworks, and content remain the intellectual property of Goyal Foundation and/or its facilitators.
  • Recording, reproducing, distributing, or sharing Event content without prior written consent is not permitted.
  • Personal note-taking for individual use is permitted.

• Photography and Recording

• • Photographs or video recordings may be taken during the Event for documentation and promotional purposes.
  • By attending the Event, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us in writing prior to the Event.

• Limitation of Liability

• • To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:
    • Goyal Foundation shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at the Event.
    • Attendance is voluntary and at the attendee’s own discretion.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be lawfully excluded.

• Governing Law

• • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Updates to These Terms

• • We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Event website at the time of registration shall apply.
