We’re all about helping each other out and sistrs in our wonderful community are offering an hour of their time to answer your questions on their area of expertise. This week it’s the formidable Anita Goyal MBE. Anita is a woman of many talents as an author, a podcast host, an award-winning philanthropist, a speaker and Chair and Trustee of many charitable organisations and she will be using her experiences to help us with the 3 Gs – Giving, Gratitude & Growing for positive changes for career, habits and relationships.
Many people go through life day by day, not taking the time to realise their goals, dreams, and aspirations. One day they find themselves asking “Is this it?”
Anita will share her goal setting and vision boarding techniques for how you can make the changes you want happen and realise your true potential.
She will discuss setting clear, measurable and actionable goals to change your family, work, relationship or social life for the better. She will also delve into how philanthropy work helped her to define her purpose and ways that other can get involved in community and philanthropic projects to suit their lifestyles.
In this session Anita will be covering:
Creating vision boards
Self-belief and confidence

Anita Goyal is the Chair of Hemraj Goyal Foundation, an author, a podcast host, an award-winning philanthropist, a speaker and Chair and Trustee of many charitable organisations.
This year she received an MBE in the New Year’s Honours List for ‘services to diversity and female empowerment.’ The most notable charity work for which she was cited was addressing female genital mutilation, menstrual discrimination and human trafficking within minority groups.
As well as charity work, she is an inspirational speaker and has made it her mission to empower women and minority groups to make positive changes in their career, habits and relationships. She has pioneered The Enrichment Experience in Schools Programme, now implemented in several UK school curriculums to boost personal development skills such as confidence and positive thinking in young people – an initiative inspired after Covid left many young people with mental health issues.
Anita is also author of a book called Voices from Punjab (which features interviews with highly influential Punjabi women) and host of Relight my Fire Podcast.
